The past is haunting you. So much so, you are laying awake at night, literally worrying yourself sick about things you cannot change. The past is just that, the past. While we have all done or said things that we regret, it is time to recognise the fact that we can’t undo what has been done.
You need to make peace with your past. Apologise, forgive, or just accept the wrongs that have been done to you or by you, and move past it. Chalk it up as experience, you won’t make the same mistake again. Sometimes this is easier said than done, but worrying about it like this is doing you a lot of harm. You need to find your way to making peace with your past, to let bygones be bygones and put it to rest.
